USPA NEWS - "THE BIG MEAL" is the National Culinary Festival (but from the Local) proposed by the Eponymous Association, which, Once a Year, on the Same Day, brings together the Actors of Collective and Traditional Catering so that they offer Citizens from the Same Territory to share the Same Menu.

Each Local Menu, developed and designed from Local and Seasonal Products, by a Sponsor Chef or a Sponsor Cheffe of Territories, is also, and above all, an Opportunity to reconcile, around the Meal, Conviviality and Sharing, Curiosity and Pleasure. An Art Of Living together.
An Event to share with the Greatest Number of Territories, their Inhabitants and their Private and Public Actors (Producers, Distributors, Traditional and Collective Catering including Schools, Colleges, High Schools, Universities, Hospitals, Training Centers, Gendarmes, Charitable Associations, EHPAD, Company Restaurants, etc.). Thus, Le Grand Repas can reach all Citizens of the same Territory at the same Time, where they usually eat.

The "Le Grand Repas" Association, driven by the Initiative of its President Emmanuel HERVE, was created in 2019. It now coordinates an Unmissable Event that carries Values, which shines throughout the Territory; “it is the Addition of the Ever-Increasing Number of Territories participating in this Unique Experience of Living Together around the Culture of the Table that makes it a National Event.
Hundreds of Local Actors: Empowering Gourmets, through Recipes that favor Local and Seasonal Products, is a Great Opportunity to raise Awareness and promote at the National Level all the Great Initiatives carried out Locally, by all those involved in the World of Catering and Food. involved on a Daily Basis in raising Citizen Awareness for Responsible, Healthy Food, based on Good Products, Well Cooked, Respectful of our Planet and our Health. Because eating Good is Good, but eating Well is even Better!
